Description
The tour begins with a panoramic view of Jerusalem from Mount Scopus. Enter the Old City through Zion Gate and explore the Armenian Quarter. Continue to the Jewish Quarter to see remains of the Byzantine Cardo and the Western Wall.
Follow the Via Dolorosa to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, site of the crucifixion, Christ’s tomb, and religious artifacts. Wander through the Old City bazaar's colorful stalls.
Visit the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of All Nations before viewing the Kidron Valley and its ancient Jewish tombs. On Mount Zion, see the Dormition Church and visit the Room of the Last Supper and King David’s Tomb.
Note: On Mondays and Thursdays (except Jewish holidays), the tour visits the Holocaust Museum instead of Mount Zion and the Church of All Nations.
