Description
Depart from Abraham Hostel Tel Aviv at 6:30 AM and drive toward Masada, the historic cliff top fortress where Jewish rebels held out against Roman forces. Take the cable car to the summit and explore the site.
Next, hike in the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve, known for its springs, waterfalls, and diverse plants and animals. Note that due to recent flooding, Ein Gedi is currently closed and an alternative location will be visited instead.
End the day by visiting the Dead Sea, where you can float effortlessly and apply the mineral-rich therapeutic mud. The tour returns to Tel Aviv by approximately 5:00 PM.
