Description
Depart Tel Aviv at 6:30 AM for the West Bank, arriving after around one hour to meet your guide. Begin at approximately 8:00 AM at Qasr el Yahud, the baptism site on the Jordan River where Jesus is said to have been baptized. Walk down the marble steps leading into the river.
At 8:45 AM, visit Jericho, the world’s oldest city. Explore the archaeological ruins and view the Mount of Temptation overlooking the area.
By 10:15 AM, tour Ramallah. Walk through the city streets, explore Manara Square, and visit the tomb of Yasser Arafat to understand the contemporary life on the West Bank.
Stop for lunch around 1:00 PM before continuing to Bethlehem at about 2:30 PM. Visit the Church of the Nativity, then see the Separation Wall. The tour concludes with a return to your Tel Aviv hotel around 6:00 PM.
