Description
Surfing is popular year-round in Tel Aviv. Rent a surfboard or boogie board at Beach Club TLV and enjoy the clear turquoise Mediterranean waters with a sandy beach and the city skyline behind you.
In summer, water temperatures reach approximately 29°C (84°F) with moderate waves, while in winter, the water cools to around 14°C (57°F) with larger waves in rougher conditions. Wetsuits are available for loan during cooler months.
The Beach Club TLV offers indoor showers and private changing rooms for your convenience. Beach chairs and loungers are available for rent, and the onsite Beach Club Restaurant serves food and drinks.
An option to upgrade to a private one-hour surf lesson is available for your group.

Important Information
- The surfboards are soft-top models suitable for beginners
- The Beach Club Restaurant is busiest from Thursday afternoon to Saturday night; advance reservations are recommended
- Sundays are quieter at the Beach Club, with lower crowds Sunday to Thursday lunchtime
- There is no charge to sit directly on the public beach sand
- Waves are suitable for beginners to intermediate surfers, especially in summer
- Food or drink purchase is required to use Beach Club TLV tables
- Bringing a long-sleeve rash guard or t-shirt is recommended for sun protection
- Children and infants must be accompanied by at least one adult
